If you need to return or exchange your Zen Hen gear for any reason, please reach out via info@zen-hen.com.
All sale items are final sale.
We want your experience to bring zen, not frustration. We will happily work with you to get the right size or item.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition. Since we are a small business, all returns/refunds will be issued as store credit. Please note that all sale items are final sale.
We guarantee everything we make here at Zen Hen. But if you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if it does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for a replacement or store credit. You have our word.

Shipping or Local Pickup
Standard Shipping
Free Shipping over $100
All standard orders will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days (M-S) of the order being placed. Once the order ships, you can expect a transit time of 2-5 days. Orders over $100 will be offered free shipping to the US 48. Orders under $100 will have a flat rate $7 cost. This is calculated at checkout based on your cart value.
*Alaska and Hawaii shipments are subject to a $12 flat rate shipping cost.
Local Pick-up
Items will be available for pick-up within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. You will receive an email once the items are ready for pick-up. The pick-up location is our "Powell Coop" at 37 S. Liberty Street. Pick-up will be available during our normal business hours. If you need it fast or need to arrange a time outside of store hours - shoot an email to info@zen-hen.com and we will make it happen.
